My poetry is me,
It's my personality,
My hopes and dreams,
Pains and woes,
All the yeses and all the nos.
My poetry is the years I've been through,
Life stories still to be told,
A million different experiences all in one place.
My poetry is the essence of what makes me me,
My life tapestry and my testimony.
So if you want to know about me,

And as you do,
It's my prayer that what you read will help you stay strong,
That each word will help you carry on.
I don't know you or what you've been through,
But I hope at least one poem resonates with you.
And I pray each seed these poems sow,
Would help you learn and help you grow,
