A hundred girls taken hostage,

Five gone, rest in peace,

One little girl still in captivity,

that's one little girl they won't release,

As I imagine if they were your children,

I imagine if they were your age,

This little girl is just fifteen years of age,

The others did, but she won't renounce her faith,

They say they won't let her go unless she does,

But to do so would be to deny the one she loves,

And that's something she just won't do,

Something she just can't do,

So according to them, they'll keep her in captivity,

Till she's gone too,

They promised not to kill her,

but they said they won't release her,

unless she renounces her faith,

And as to her God she'll always remain true,

Its our job to bring her home safe.
